Two exposures a wood-framed building carries before anyone moves in.
Both happen while the framing is still open, and both can be documented and handled then. Wood is renewable and grown across North America. The case for framing with it holds up better when these are dealt with.
Moisture
Water trapped under the plates
Rain and snow land on the deck during framing and collect under the bottom plates. Once the walls are up and the drywall is on, the underside of the plate is the one surface on the job nobody can reach again.
Fire
Framed, but not yet defended
No sprinklers, no gypsum on the studs, a full load of exposed lumber. Cheyenne lost a four-story apartment building under construction on May 26. Denver lost one to a five-alarm fire on January 2. Neither had anything to do with wildfire.

You keep your framer. We train them.
The interior lumber gets sprayed as the walls go vertical, before windows and mechanicals go in. Backpack or cart rig, MFB-31 ready to use, and the framer you already hired does it.

A report you can hand to your risk manager.
Each layer has a test standard behind it. The lumber arrives under an evaluation report from an ANAB-accredited agency, written against the alternative materials provision building officials are required to accept. Most builders have never been shown it.
