Board feet, panel count, or plate footage. Spray is figured at 0.16 oz per square foot minimum. Repeat plans get a standing price.

Is there a cost to get a quote?
No. Send the framing package, a lumber list or a photo of the takeoff and the numbers come back at no cost.
What drives the price of fire treated framing?
Three things: which layers you run (Class A lumber, job-site spray, plate treatment or all three), the volume in board feet, panels or plate footage, and where and when it ships. Repeat plans get a standing price.
How is Class A fire treated lumber priced compared with untreated?
By the board foot or by the panel off your takeoff, as a line item next to the untreated price, so you can see exactly what the treatment adds on your package.
What comes back with the quote?
