The fire products run on the same EPA Safer Choice Fire Retardant, the only fire inhibitor with that certification. What changes is where the treatment happens and who applies it.
Class A Fire Treated Lumber
MFB-34 EPA Safer Choice Fire Retardant Treated Wood: No. 2 structural Douglas Fir, treated at the mill and arriving code-evaluated as an alternative to FRTW. A topical coating, not a pressure treatment, so the wood is not incised and allowable design stresses in dry use are the same as before treatment. Bright uncoated steel nails are permitted under the report's conditions of use.
Snap-Plate Mold Defender™
Water repellent, mildewcide and mold defender for the one surface on the job nobody can reach again. Snap your lines as usual, roll three inches wide of the line, coat the bottom of each plate on the deck, stand the walls. Single application, roller or sprayer, no change to layout. Job-site fire defense means your framer sprays the interior lumber as the walls go vertical, before windows and mechanicals go in. We supply the backpack or cart rig sized for a crew's day, set the tips and pressure for MFB-31, and train the crew. No new trade on your site.

Fire Pro Shop Fence Defender
Wood fences make excellent wildfire boundary defenses when they are fire treated and a horizontal ember base is applied at the bottom, where embers land and pile. Day one is the fire chemistry, sprayed on the fence. Day two is the clear or colored penetrating finish that keeps water and UV off it. The same treated boards close in under open decks to block ember attacks, and the defense holds even when the risk comes from a neighbor who does nothing. The fence pictured was fire treated and stained more than eight years ago.
El Niño Defender
Stop mold before it starts. Rain and snow collect under bottom plates during framing, and that trapped moisture is the natural recipe for mold. El Niño Defender is the complete package to treat it during layout: a 5-gallon pail of Snap-Plate Mold Defender, a battery backpack sprayer and the training to use it. Spray the snapped lines, the plate bottoms and 12 inches up the studs before the walls stand. One pail does far more than one house; on production framing it might do six.
